Captain Mitsos provided an incredible real and authentic fishing experience that was way beyond what I... read more expected. A bespoke experience just for me. The Capatin has set trips you can choose from, but will also create tailor made excursions. He created something special over 2 days, teaching me how to put out the nets, long line fishing and fishing with a rod which I have never done before. He also took us to Rabbit Island which was stunning and an experience I will never forget. He provided a lovely lunch and cold drinks throughout both days. He went the extra mile meeting me first, finding out what I wanted and explaining everything I needed to know. He is very flexible with plans and worked around me and nothing was too much trouble. Captain Mitsos son, Nicholas was an absolute delight and knows everything there is to know as a fisherman's son. To top it all off we saw wild dolphins on the second day that swam along side us.
I really could not ask for more.
Thankyou Captain & Nicholas for making my birthday one I will never forget. See you next year.

Man får lov at prøve alt, sætte madding på langlinerne inden de sættes ud, se... read more nettene blive trukket op, og så er det tid til at fiske. Bagefter går turen til rabbit Island hvor fisken grilles mens man bader, snorkler eller solbader. Og så er der dejlig grillet fisk til frokost med dejligt tilbehør. Jeg sad ude i forstavnen på hjemvejen, med kaptajnens søn Nicolas, der forklarede mig hvad vi sejlede forbi. En perfekt slutning på en perfekt dag ❤️🐬🐟⛵️

  Absolute highlight of every holiday  - I absolutely love these fishing trips! I try to go at least three times every time I come to Lesvos.
I was a complete fishing novice a few years ago... read more but I have been and put the nets out myself and enjoyed several day trips and BBQs on rabbit island. Mitsos is very friendly and great fun and his son is an excellent host and explains everything really well.
This year, they added some new things, fishing with rods instead of drop lines and also using the long line.
I did an evening trip this time as well and it was brilliant. Being on the water for sunset was like a dream and coming back to Petra at night and seeing the village all lit up was just something else!
Hoping to fit one more trip in before I go home 🧡

  Awesome fishing trip!  - What a day with Dimitrios (Mitsos) and Nikolas. We booked the trip through Real Lesvos and have had the most wonderful day. It starts early, helping to bait up the... read more long line.

After that, you go fishing for what will hopefully be on the BBQ later! Nickolas and Mitsos are so kind and easy to talk to. We were lucky to have just our party of 3 on the boat, so we could ask questions about the island more generally. We then sailed to Rabbit Island where we could snorkel and the food was prepared. The fish was incredible with fresh greek salad, olives, tzatziki and sausage. Nikolas also found octopus and we got the chance to hold some!!!

We were on the water from around 9-3 and just had the most wonderful time. Thank you for your amazing hospitality, I'd recommend this trip 1000 times over. This boat trip is excellent value for money.
